Information

The breast, with abdominal skin incised and wings removed, is fed in onto the in feed guide, keel bone first. As the carrier continues, the breast is pulled down by the guide and then cut from the back half by the halving blades.

If producing split breasts, it is first split through the keel where after the spine is cut out or split, depending on the desired product.

It is possible to bypass the processing unit by means of a bypass guide or putting the unit in bottom position.
