Automatic gizzard processing system

The automatic gizzard processing system can be integrated into a conventional evisceration system or, a truly perfect fit, into a Stork Nuova evisceration system. For high peeling efficiencies and meat yields at high throughputs there is the option of a product distributor for distributing gizzards over two different gizzard harvesters. If needed, a gizzard de-fatter can be installed after the gizzard harvester. A washer/screw conveyor then transports gizzards to an inspection/peeling table, after which gizzards can be chilled and packed.
