Automatic Fat Remover

The automatic Fat Remover (FR) has been developed for the removal of excess fat and is installed in the evisceration line just in front of the Final Inspection Machine. The carousel is installed in a 180° curve of the overhead conveyor and is driven by it. The machine can be disengaged easily from the overhead conveyor by lowering it.

The machine is equipped with a height adjuster, to anticipate to flock variances. A quick adjustable shackle guide allows products to by-pass the machine’s units, should there be no need to remove fat from them.
