The alco shuttle conveyor was constructed to ensure an efficient and safe transfer of the products onto a different line with different width, where both lines are set up in a rectangular configuration. As the product enters the exit area of the shuttle conveyor, a built-in sensor triggers a release that quickly pulls back the adjustable shuttle area, causing the product to be gently picked up by the line placed below. Eventually, the adjustable frame slowly moves back to its initial state, reactivating the sensor.
