They allow independent control of cooking parameters such as temperature, humidity, belt speed, and airflow. Zones can be individually controlled for precise recipe execution, yield optimization, and high throughput. Combined with automated belt washing and CIP cleaning, spiral ovens support long production runs with minimal downtime and reliable hygiene compliance for patty production.
