Our linear ovens deliver ideal cooking conditions for battered and breaded items such as nuggets, fish sticks and coated vegetables. Two independently adjustable heating zones allow crisping and core cooking at the same time while minimizing moisture loss. Airflow targeting and moisture control support uniform browning across the belt. Steam options, indirect heat and an integrated belt wash help maintain high quality and hygiene throughout extended production runs.
