They allow independent control of cooking parameters such as temperature, humidity, belt speed, and airflow. Zones can be individually controlled for recipe accuracy, yield optimization, and throughput. Together with automated belt washing and CIP cleaning, they support long production runs with minimal downtime and straightforward hygiene compliance.
