Marcelo Scharlack explains: “When products exit the Drum Breader, they are positioned closely together. For downstream processing, they need to be spread out, and that’s where the Shaker comes in.

“The Shaker distributes the products so they covers the whole width of the belt going downstream, which makes the process more efficient and minimizes or eliminates labor that could be better utilized elsewhere.”
