Flow rack

Flow rack for crates and boxes in order picking systems. Designed as roller conveyors or with roller channels, depending on the product properties. There are variants available for flat floors, for sloped floors and for multiple storeys with mezzanine floors and staircases. For specific order picking applications, the Flow Racks can be equipped with:

• Pick-to-Light order picking control
• static or mobile weighing devices for weight-controlled order picking
• integrated return conveyors to the warehouse crane, for dynamic packing of the conveyors

Rack

JBT Marel Food Logistic Systems supplies racks for crates and boxes as Open-Face or shelved racks, depending on the product characteristics. There are different options available for flat floors and sloped floors.
